Today, December 12, subscribers of the mobile operator "Kyivstar" began to complain about the failure: people can neither make calls nor access the Internet.
The "Kyivstar" company confirmed a technical failure. According to their data, call and mobile Internet services are unavailable in part of the subscriber base. The problem is already being solved.
Let us remind you that Ukrainians can temporarily reconnect to another network for free in order to stay connected. How to do it:
Turn off automatic network selection
on Android: Settings - Mobile network (or Connection) - Operator
on iOS: Parameters - Cellular data - Network selection.
Find and select an available network: Vodafone UA , UA-KYIVSTAR or LIFECELL;
If connection failed, try again or choose another network;
Check if it is possible to call or send an SMS.
