Residents of condominiums on the street According to the results of the heating season, Kotelnikov saved more than 600 thousand hryvnias on heating due to energy-efficient measures. And in general, more than 2 million hryvnias were saved in the building compared to the period before the works, which were carried out within the framework of the city's "70/30%" co-financing program. The inspection was conducted there today, April 4, by Petro Panteleev, the deputy head of the KMDA, together with Mykola Kostyuk, the head of the condominium association.
The condominium has already participated in the city's energy-efficient co-financing program "70/30%" four times. Thanks to this, it was possible to replace windows and doors in common areas, completely insulate the facade and roof, modernize internal heating networks, install heat energy metering units. In total, the city allocated UAH 6.5 million to these needs, and the condominium contributed another 3.5 million of its own funds. Also, under another city co-financing program, the elevator was replaced here. The city provided 95% of the funds, residents - another 5%.
"The house is more than 30 years old. Its technical condition, the amount of repair work carried out and the management process testify to an effective economic approach. Thanks to the efforts of the management of the condominium, all available city and state tools and programs were used to carry out works in the building - financial shares, loan funds, etc. As a result, the house is like a new building in terms of functionality and comfort, and the price of apartments here has increased significantly," said Petro Panteleev.
According to the chairman of the condominium Mykola Kostyuk, the cost of heating in February for an apartment with an area of 50 square meters. m amounted to UAH 192. The apartments are equipped with individual heat meters, the appropriate distribution of consumption is carried out.
As Petro Panteleev noted, in 2023, 135 energy-efficient projects were implemented in Kyiv. In general, more than a thousand projects were implemented within the framework of the two co-financing programs. The city invested more than UAH 1.2 billion in energy-efficient works chosen by the residents themselves.
