Passengers should take into account the changes: buses and trolleybus #34 will run differently in Kyiv on weekends

Starting on August 22 and 23, some of the capital's buses and trolleybus No. 34 will temporarily operate on changed routes due to seasonal fairs.

As reported by the Kyivpastrans Commune, restrictions and changes will apply to routes that pass along Holosiivska, Tatarska, Yordanska, Liskivska, Oleksandra Ekster, Akademik Shalimov and Ihor Yukhnovsky streets.

The changes will be in effect until the end of the fairs on the corresponding days.

How will transport operate on Saturday, August 22

On Saturday, the changes will affect seven routes.

Bus No. 2 will run from Vakhtang Kikabidze Street to Vidradny Avenue along the usual route, then along Vaclav Havel Boulevard and Vitaliy Skakuna Street, after which it will return to the usual route.

Bus No. 6 will run from Darnytska Square to Myloslavska Street without stopping at Liskivska and Radunska Streets.

Bus No. 37-D will run from the Lisova metro station to Chervonoi Kalyna Avenue.

Bus No. 39 will run along the following route: Holosiivskyi Avenue — Nauky Avenue — Lysohirska Street to the traffic interchange at the intersection with Raketnaya and Panorama Streets — Lysohirska Street — Lysohirsky Lane. In the opposite direction, the route will remain unchanged.

Bus No. 44 will run from the Bereznyaki city train station to Liskivska Street along the usual route, then — along Radunska Street to Myloslavska Street.

Bus No. 110 will run from the Ploshcha Ukrainskih Geroiv metro station to Liskivska Street along the usual route, then — along Radunska Street to Myloslavska Street. In this case, there will be no arrival at Liskivska. In the opposite direction, the bus will run without changes.

Trolleybus No. 34 will temporarily run from Pivnichna Street to Stepana Bandera Avenue.

Changes on Sunday, August 23

On Sunday, the temporary schedule will be in effect for buses No. 31, No. 110, and No. 112.

Bus No. 31 will run from the Polytechnic Institute metro station via Beresteysky Avenue, Bohdan Havrylyshyn Street, Mytrofan Dovnar-Zapolsky Street, Dehtyarivska Street, Belorusska Street, Derevlyanska Street, Yuriy Ilyenko Street, Akademik Romodanov Street, Zagorivska Street, and Kniazya Volodymyr Monomakh Street to Tatarska Street.

Buses No. 110 and No. 112 will run from the metro stations "Ploscha Ukrainskikh Geroiv" and "Lukyanivska" to Raiduzhna Street, respectively, along their routes. Then they will head along Ivan Mykytenko, Sirozhupanniky and Ihor Yukhnovsky Streets, after which they will return to their usual routes. In the opposite direction, the transport will run without changes.

Passengers are advised to check the route before traveling

The Kyivpastrans KP asks passengers to take into account temporary changes when planning trips for the weekend.

Travel time may increase due to the fairs, especially on nearby streets. Passengers should check the current traffic schedule for their route in advance and, if possible, allow extra time for the trip.
