From August 19 to September 14, repair work will be carried out on Panas Myrny Street in the Pechersk district of Kyiv, due to which traffic will be partially restricted. This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration.
Specialists of the Pechersk Road Maintenance Department will repair the section from building No. 9 to Serhiy Gusovsky Street.
The work will be carried out daily from 8:00 to 20:00. During the repair, the traffic organization provides for the passage of cars only one lane.
Due to the narrowing of the roadway on Panas Myrny Street, the throughput capacity of the section will be temporarily reduced. This may affect traffic speed the most in the morning and evening, when the number of cars on the roads traditionally increases.
“The work will be carried out with partial traffic restrictions to ensure the possibility of traffic during the repair. We ask drivers to plan their routes in advance and take into account possible traffic slowdowns,” Kyivavtodor noted.
Drivers who regularly use Panas Myrny Street are recommended to check the traffic situation before traveling and, if possible, choose alternative routes bypassing the repair area.
You should be especially careful during rush hour — due to the narrowing of the road to one lane, a queue of cars may form on some sections.
The Kyivavtodor Traffic Police apologizes for the temporary inconvenience and urges road users to take into account the restrictions when planning trips.
