Kyiv's services portal has been integrated with Diya.Multisharing: city services can now be issued faster

On the Kyiv Services Portal integration with the "Diya.Multisharing" service has started, which allows users to transfer several digital documents at once to receive city services. The new functionality should significantly simplify the filing of applications, shorten their processing time, and reduce the number of technical errors.

The launch of the new opportunity was announced by the Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration Valentyn Mondryivskyi.

According to him, the city continues to develop digital services, making the interaction of residents with municipal services as simple and convenient as possible.

"We are consistently developing the capital's digital ecosystem so that city services become as simple, fast and understandable for people as possible. Integration with "Diya.Multisharing" is another step towards a modern service that minimizes administrative procedures, creates a secure and standardized exchange of data with state information systems and allows Kyiv residents to receive the necessary services without unnecessary actions," said Valentyn Mondryivskyi.

What has changed for users

Previously, when ordering individual services on the Portal, users had to upload or send each document separately. Now, after one confirmation, the system automatically receives the entire necessary package of digital documents from the "Action" application.

The new functionality allows:

• automatically fill applications with data from state registers;
• transmit several digital documents at once with one confirmation;
• significantly reduce the time of registration of municipal services;
• do not scan or photograph paper documents;
• use up-to-date data directly from state information systems;
• reduce the risk of technical errors when filling out applications.

What documents can be transferred via "Action.Multisharing"

Depending on the specific service, users can simultaneously transfer several digital documents, including:

• ID card or foreign passport;
• registration number of the taxpayer's registration card (RNOKPP);
• certificate of an internally displaced person (IDP);
• certificate of a veteran;
• student card;
• child's birth certificate;
• driver's license;
• vehicle registration certificate;
• other documents available in the "Action" application.

Where else the service is used

The KMDA reminded that "Action.Multisharing" is already used to confirm accounts and register users in the "Kyiv Digital" application.

The integration also makes it possible to speed up the handling of appeals. Since the information is automatically pulled from state registers, the number of refusals due to an incomplete package of documents or errors when filling out applications is reduced.

The city administration notes that digitalization of municipal services remains one of the priorities of the capital's development, and integration with state electronic systems makes receiving administrative services faster, safer and more comfortable for residents.
