Roman Shukhevych Avenue will be partially closed for almost a month: where traffic in Kyiv will be complicated

From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the period from August 10 to September 1 in the Desnyan district of Kyiv, traffic will be partially restricted along Roman Shukhevych Avenue. In this area, road workers will repair the asphalt concrete surface.

As reported by CC "Kyivavtodor", repair works will be carried out on the section of the avenue from Ronald Reagan Street to the intersection with Honore de Balzac Street.

Thus, the restrictions will apply during the working day — from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The works will last more than three weeks, so drivers who regularly use Roman Shukhevych Avenue should take the changes into account when planning their trips.

"We ask drivers to consider time restrictions when planning their route. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the repair work," said the "Kyivavtodor" CC.

Asphalt concrete pavement repair is carried out to improve the condition of the road infrastructure. In the work zone, the roadway may be narrowed and, as a result, traffic may slow down.
