Украинцы смогут оставаться в Азербайджане неограниченное время

Граждане Украины, которые прибыли в Азербайджан, могут оставаться в стране неограниченное время.

Об этом сообщает РБК-Украина со ссылкой на АРА.

Начальник Главного управления миграционного контроля Государственной миграционной службы Руфат Ибрагимов отметил, что по закону украинцы могут находиться в Азербайджане 90 дней, но на данный момент есть исключение.

"По-прежнему срок пребывания составляет 90 дней. Однако с учетом ситуации, по истечении срока выдворение не применяется. То есть граждане Украины по истечении 90 дней могут оставаться в нашей стране", - сказал он.
