From 9:00 to 16:00 on August 6 and 7, pedestrian traffic will be partially restricted in the underpass on Independence Square in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv due to repair work.
As reported by Kyivavtodor Commercial Complex, the repairs will be carried out alternately and in stages, so they do not plan to completely close the underpass to pedestrians.
“The work will be carried out in stages, without completely blocking pedestrian traffic. We ask for your understanding of the temporary inconvenience,” the Kyivavtodor Commercial Complex noted.
Thanks to this organization of work, residents and guests of the capital will be able to use the crossing, however, in some areas, narrowing of the passage and short-term delays are possible.
Pedestrians are recommended to take into account temporary restrictions when planning their route, carefully monitor information signs and follow the instructions of workers who will ensure safe movement in the repair area.
The municipal corporation apologizes for the temporary inconvenience and thanks residents for their understanding.
